The Menu

From the house made bacon that is cured for seven days to the pastrami that is wet cured for three days, smoked and then steamed we take pride in doing the extra steps to make a dish our own.

We go as far as fermenting our own sauerkraut and grinding our own mustard from brown seeds not because it’s easier than buying and using someone else’s product, but because it’s the right thing to do. We hope you enjoy our food.
